Krave DanceFit – 1 HOUR
Krave DanceFit is a dance-fitness program that blends red-hot international music and easy to learn steps to form a "fitness party" that is downright addictive. Our dance fitness program Krave DanceFit ensures you get a great workout and leave on a fitness high! You’ll be mesmerised by the energy in the room and are guaranteed to sweat – our Krave DanceFit Instructors are the best!

Krave DanceFit Toning – 1 HOUR
Krave DanceFit Toning is a dance fitness class that is also combined with targeted body sculpting exercises and cardio work. Using light weights to enhance resistance, this class is a fantastic all over body workout. Guaranteed to make you sweat!

Urban DanceFit – 1 HOUR
Krave Urban DanceFit is a little slower but is definitely no slouch! Urban DanceFit is a fabulous legs and booty workout as we take it low for those RnB, Hip Hop and Urban tracks!

Krave Fit is a cardio kickboxing & toning class which is a combination of boxing & resistance training. This intense, total body workout will improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, co-ordination, and balance and is suitable for all fitness levels. A fantastic calorie burner and a great stress buster that will strengthen the entire body!

Tabata provides the health benefits of a 1 hour cardio workout but with it’s high intensity, Tabata is done in half the time! Tabata workouts are completed in 25 minutes which is perfect for those with limited time. Always different, this workout is a high intensity interval class executed to time. Each exercise is taken on each timer with 20 seconds of intense training followed by 10 second rest. It’s short and efficient!

FIT AS FARK 35 MIN Express – 35 MINS
This class will get you as fit as…that! This high intensity, free style training takes you into overdrive to go hard, push harder and gets you super-fit, super fast! The demanding functional workouts combine running squatting, MMA, weightlifting and pushing for a full body workout that increases aerobic capacity, strength, muscular endurance, metabolism, power, strength, speed, co-ordination and agility. All done and dusted in a fat burning 35 minutes!

Barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout is for just about everybody who wants to add strength training to their aerobic workout and challenge all major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.
